After final designs are approved it usually takes between four and eight weeks for delivery depending on the size and complexity of the project.

If my work is a custom-design, how can I be sure I will love the final look?
Our design service allows you to see what the finished product will look like before it is even constructed.

What is the first step in planning a project?
We ask you to complete our Questionnaire to start the process.

What is required for the cleaning and maintenance of the tile?
Our tiles can be cleaned with any mild tile cleaner and are virtually maintenance free.

I am not located in your area; can I still have Brickhouse design my tiles?
Yes we can work with drawings, samples of other design aspects of your home or business, color samples and the dimensions you provide. With more complicated designs, we will ease installation by providing sketches and photos and even number the tiles. For special situations we will send our design team to the job site during the design process.

Will Brickhouse Tileworks install the tile?
Any skilled tile installer is capable of installing our tiles.
We also have an installation service for more complex jobs at an additional cost.

Are hand made tiles as durable as manufactured tiles?
Yes, our handmade tiles are made from a stoneware or porcelain clay fired to the vitreous (non-porous) point making them suitable for any use, indoors or out.

Why should we choose a ceramic tile donor recognition system?
